Take a small group tour around Perth. Experience Kings Park with its amazing views out across the city and Swan River, winding tracks through native bushland and botanical treasures.

Head east past the John Forrest National Park on the Darling Scarp for a tour of some of Western Australia’s historic country towns. York is a registered Historic Town 72 kilometres from Perth. It was the first inland settlement in the state. Today many of the original colonial buildings are still there, making a visit to York a must for history buffs and anyone interested in early Australian architecture.
Many of the historic buildings in the heritage precinct are National Trust Listed. The list of buildings includes iconic structures like Balladong Farm, Marwick's Shed, the Motor Museum Workshop, Spice's Farm, Holy Trinity Church, Langsford House, Job Bailey's Cottage, Dinsdale's Shoe Emporium and many other houses, commercial buildings, and also several historic trees.
From York head to two other historic towns in Northam and York before heading back to Perth. Or turn south and take another scenic circular route through Beverley and Brookton.

An hour and a bit’s drive north of Perth is Lancelin, a popular tourist and fishing town. It offers up a host of activities from dolphin watching, surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing and beautiful beaches. The Lancelin Sand Dunes are ideal for sandboarding and off-road thrills. Lancelin Island just off the coast is an important nature and conservation reserve.
Just north of Lancelin is Nilgen Nature Reserve and the Nilgen Lookout. This is a great spot to stop off and picnic whilst enjoying the natural surroundings and local wildlife.
Along the way stop in at Two Rocks, the most northern suburb of Perth, and check out the Two Rocks Marine Park with its unique inshore lagoons and marine life. South of Two Rocks is Yanchep with its beautiful beaches, lagoon and the Yanchep National Park.
Small Group Tours In Perth – Bunbury
Head south to the port city of Bunbury, WA’s second largest city and the ‘capital’ of the southwest. Located around 175 kilometres from Perth, the city is easily accessible via the Forrest Highway. For more scenic routes though you might want to consider the Old Coast Road or heading inland down the South Western Highway.
Bunbury is noted for its population of wild bottlenose dolphins in Koombana Bay and you can learn more about them at the Dolphin Discovery Centre. Leschenault Inlet is a mangrove parkland with an abundance of bird life. The coastline around here is also pretty spectacular with its basalt rock structures.
From Bunbury there are any number of other areas to visit. Head south to Busselton and check out the Busselton Jetty. Visit Margaret River or head across to Albany, another historic Perth coast town.
