Mount Wellington

Top of the Tasmanian list of attractions is a trip to Mount Wellington. Wellington Park is filled with wonderful places to explore, so make sure you bring your hiking boots!

Another excellent day out awaits you at Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park. With rainforests and various species of wildlife, the adventurers amongst you will be more than happy with a visit to this gem.

Take a lake cruise, or explore the area by foot using one of the many walking trails. You can even see the park by flying over it, should you so wish. Fancy a challenging climb? Why not try and reach the peak of Mount Ossa to experience views from the highest point in Tasmania?

 

Royal Tasmanian Botanical Garden

The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens is another stunningly beautiful place to enjoy in Tasmania. Australia’s second oldest botanical gardens, it was established back in 1818.

Not only can you walk around and take in the ancient plant and trees, the gardens also overlook the ocean for spectacular views.
