CoachHire’s price guarantee promise, will beat any genuine quote from licenced coach operators who are based in Australia. This will only apply to point to point journeys within Australia.

How To Get Your Price Guarantee Promise

If the quote you have received is lower than the quote you have obtained from us, then these are our simple requirements we need to be able to fulfill our price guarantee promise:

• The journey must be bookable and made available to the general public
• An original PDF of your lower quote to be presented to us before booking

Any quote presented must show the date when it was generated, including any additional fees and charges, also the final price must be clearly shown.

 

Best Value For Money

CoachHire’s price promise guarantee, will not only match our competitors’ quotes but we will also beat them by a further 5%. In some cases this will not be deemed possible, so any customer who we are unable to fulfill our promise to, will get a $50 voucher to use on your next booking with us.

CoachHire Bus Hire PTY reserve the right to refuse any individual or body a voucher if it is deemed their behaviour or activities are dishonest, unlawful or unethical.
