I thought I would let you know that Chris and I have been really impressed with your service, you have responded quickly and followed up, as you can imagine we had quotes and correspondence with other companies and none of them followed up like you did which I think is an important part of service. This charter was organised by me to carry my precious family to a Christmas lunch, about a 35-minute run. It was our first Christmas lunch not held at the family home in Sorrento for over 20 years and was special in that I had recently retired. Very important to me that our two daughters and their families totalling 3 five, 1 seven, 1 eight and 1 ten-year-old were transported safely and to schedule. I can honestly say that your company service was exceptional. Your booking information prior to the day was thorough and included the driver Scott's name and mobile number; Scott called me the previous day to check through details which was most reassuring; on Christmas Day Scott arrived punctually, the bus was clean, had seat belts with air-conditioning and music playing. Scott was very pleasant and drove extremely well with care and consideration of his passengers. He was also punctual at pickup time and the return journey was driven equally as good. I booked online for a wine tour for around 20 people in Canberra and it was a really easy, flexible process. I had to make a couple of changes along the way (number of passengers, winery locations) and was able to do this with ease. A group of 18 of us went to races at Randwick on Saturday. Couldn't have asked for a more accommodating driver. Pick up and drop off were so smooth and perfectly timed. Driver allowed us a couple of additional drop offs on route as well. Great service will be using again.

Booked these guys for bucks party of 20+ people to get us from dinner and bounce between a few pubs. Best thing I did, easier than herding a bunch of guys in to ubers and taxis and worked out cheaper too. This is just a note to say thank you for the excellent services provided by your company here in Melbourne and in Sydney. I received details of the drivers and their phone numbers, confirmation SMS/email messages + phone calls from drivers confirming the times.  The drivers were punctual, polite and also helped with the children's luggage. At Melbourne Airport we found that a 12-year-old child had left their mobile phone on the bus while disembarking.  Phoned the driver who had left the airport at that time, but promptly returned to the airport to hand over the phone. Good afternoon, I just wanted to give you some positive feedback for your driver and the coach we had for our trip on Saturday 17th June to the Ipswich Cup.  The coach was clean and lovely, and the driver was lovely, polite and obliging at all times, and had the patience of a saint with the ‘happy mob’ on the way home, which was great!  A wonderful day was had by all and the journey both ways only added to their experience.     Thank you so much, we will definitely use you again.

We were very impressed with every aspect of our booking, it was a very last-minute booking due to an unsuitable coach arriving from another company. I rang on the morning of the booking to see if you had anything available, we had approx. 60 school students and adults that needed to be transported to a zoo excursion, you managed to supply us with two seat-belted coaches within about one hour of the phone call! The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and polite, the coaches arrived when he said they would, the teachers on the excursion found the service excellent. I got in contact with Coach Hire as I was looking for a  Coach service to organise travel arrangements for a sporting event I booked. I had organised several quotes at this stage but not one service personally contacted me, immediately after making an online quote with CoachHire I was contacted by an incredibly helpful gentleman called Keith. Keith showed great interest in the event that was being booked and took the time to go that extra mile and build that rapport, he made the process is very simple and responded in timely fashion with the quote which was great. Keith frequently stayed in contact with me throughout the process contacting me to see if the quote has been received, informing me the deposit had gone through and if there were any changes that needed to be made he could assist with. Throughout this process I have probably made close to a dozen...
